I didn't find a price anywhere on their website. I emailed them a week ago and haven't got a response yet. I'm guessing if you have to ask, it's too much. I was farting around on ebay and I found a lifan 125cc engine/trans ready to run for $449 buy it now, a downhill mtb fork with 9" travel for $200, wheels, tires ,stem, handlebars, levers, etc. for <$500. I would have to build the frame, tank, and swingarm but that shouldn't be too hard. Maybe I'll make it my winter project. When I get one done, I might start selling them. I'll check into legality issues first but with shipping from New Zealand at $1200, I don't think they'll be able to sell many here.
