Hello! Thereīs this Brazillian 4x4 called Troller, which is a very good vehicle on itīs own. However, itīs suspension system doesnīt have that much of a travel (i.e. no travel at all in my eyes :D ). Itīs a 2-Link with Panhard, very much like the Defender 90, however, due to some design faults, the travel is very limited. Since I donīt want extreme travel (just enough) and need to retain onroad ability, Iīm thinking about modding it and copying the original Defender 90 design. (which, I believe, is also a 2-Link Panhard design)
Now that you know the story, the request: could anyone please provide photos, tecnical designs, measures and anything else concerning the suspension system of the Defender? Iīll see it for myself at some local LR, but Iīd like the feedback from you guys!

OBS: It can be seen at www.troller.com.br

Thanks in advance,
Marcelo W.

looks like an interesting vehicle. and they come factory installed with IH diesels, too! take some pics of the front suspension and maybe we could help you more. although I'd look at adopting a jeep style long-arm suspension (sometimes called a 5 link) before copying the defender radius arm setup. do some searches in the jeep forum for long arm conversion. as for rovers, most look to convert over to a 3-link setup in the front.
