Get some separator stuff from like Napa. I got this stuff called "Deep Creep" made by Seafoam. Supposedly its Seafoam in a arasol can so you can spray it in places. Thats what I'm going to try to use when my header gets here. There was some more spendy stuff that the people at Napa say just like cuts the metal away from each other instantly. We'll see how this Deep Creep does. -David-
if you're into penetrating oil, wurth makes a neat lil product, rostoff ice, actually chills the steel, which causes movement, which they say will make the rust crack along the seam.
what are you using to heat it...? a propane torch tiger torch? oxy acetelyne torch should be able make the housing glow, then cool a lil, and impact away.
WHy doancha just cut em off? I replaced mine with stainless. I'm a happy camper.

This is what you need to "put a little heat on it!"
it's just a widdl old bolt...

I'm with Sambo... put some heat on it. Heat it till its glowing red... then try an impact wrench. The worse that'll happen is it'll break the bolt... then you can replace it with stainless! You'll have to replace it regardless cause I doubt you'll get it out without stripping some of the threads.
