I currently have a 5.0/D20/C4 in my early bronco and am wondering if there are any other tcases i could use that would be stronger and have lower gears? I don't know what adapters are available. I know the by the time i upgrade the output shaft and get low gears for the D20 i may as well have just bought an atlas for the money.

I currently have about what you have. I have a 5.8 / C4 / D20 and I'm going to sell the C4 / D20 and buy a C6 / NP205 and slap a Klune V Goliath between them. That combo will give you 2.0 / 2.7 / and 5.4. It will be about 47.25" long but it should still fit.

Where you gonna find a C6 205 that bolts to a small block? I would like to know because I want to do the same thing, but instead of the 205, I want a 203 then a 205.

The small block and big block C6's t-case adapters will swap, no prob. Just gotta find the right length C6-205 adapter, there's two lengths I know of.

The C6 came with the 351W you just have to hit the junkyards and find one. I thought of doing the 203 205 combo but it is about 4" longer than the klune V 205.

When you talked to Greg Miller did he mentioned clocking the 205 with the Klune. I am wondering how much you can clock it because it is about as wide as the framerails. Did he have to do any mods to clear the 205?

He did say I could clock the 205 but he didn't say how much nor did he say anything about any frame mods.

You might want to check on that too. It would be nice to clock the 205 but their isnt much room in there between the EB frame rails. Do you have his email handy so I could drop him a line?

I know this is an old post but I was researching a klune for mine. Greg did clock his almost flat. With no body lift some floor modifications and notching the frame. I am going to sell my AOD go back with the C4 to a high dollar adapter to mate the 4.0 David underive to a 205. Greg is an awesome guy to talk to! Very helpful and with the right knowledge as well.

The atlas was originally designed for the EB, no adapter needed.

Allot of c6s came in 300 6 packages from 80 to 91. Windsers allso. Most 302s came with AODs . I am shure these will bolt up . And you can redrill the wholes yourself . I have a205 behind a 435 in a 88 bronco . And ihave seen a c6 in a eb . Dont remember much about it .
