92 toy pickup sputtered and died in the middle of my parking lot. Good timing to since I'm using it to move to another city :shaking: Anyways I popped the hood and pulled a code 12 from my dx box.
RPM signal - No signal to ECU from distributor (Ne or G) after engine has been cranked
-distributor/circuit
-starter signal/circuit
-igniter/igniter circuit
-ECU
Just replaced the ECU so I doubt that's it (and no multiple ECU codes either). It had been idleing roughly and I thought it was the EGR although that part is on the way from the dealership. It seems there are more gremlins inside.....Any thoughts or anyone come across this situation?
