I am looking to drop an AMC V8, either a 360 or a 401, into my 95 YJ with a 2.5L Has anyone doen this? I am having a hard deciding what tranny to do with and finding out how to wire this thing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Just did a swap like this on my 95' YJ. It's fairly simple. AMC 360, T18, D20 out of my 77' Jtruck. I used the stock motor mounts out of my Jtruck and took 2'' out of them. Then slid the motor, tranny & Tcase in.

The wheelbase is set at 107" on waggy leafs.
