Found a front 60 (chevy). Can anyone tellme how much this thing is going to weigh?? Wondering if we will be able to get it up in a truck w/ two persons or should I take a low trailer. The 14 bolt ended up in the trailer but this thing is alot further away.
Thanks

Its gonna be a pain to lift it but you should be able to do it with two guys. My buddy got one in the back of his nissan truck by himself once.

i think my front GM 60 was around 520lbs dry. my dad and i could carry it around pretty easy without the breaks/knuckles/shafts in it.

I about shit myself trying move my buddies from one end of the garage to the other. There was only two of us lifting it. Do it safely and get at least four people.

i was thinking along the lines of 620.
dont hurt yourself, you dont have to take a trailer, but an engine hoist would make it really simple.

I think mine was around 600lbs. We used a cherry picker to raise/lower/move mine.

I know a buddy and I moved a 60 rear into my garage and that motha was HEAVY. Its possible with two people, better with two strong people, but best with a cherry picker or hoist....
