Anyone know if the 36" radial is taller than the 36" Bias ply, or is it just cause the radial probably has at least 1/2" extra height because it's practically new?
36" TSL @60% tread and on a 15x8 wheel, versus a 36" TSL RADIAL on a 15x10 (Not sure if it was an 8 or 10" wheel, looked fat) wheel at about full tread.

i'm not sure about swampers, but the radial buckshot is an inch taller than the bias ply.but the lugs are not as deep...

dear yota sun,
it's late now in Israel(0030) so i'll give the way to find an accurate answer - go to the interco website (if i remember correctly, it's
www.intercotires.com) and look at the tables for thedifferent tires.
for each model of tire you have there a separate table with the relevant data like cross section, overall diameter, etc.
tell me what you found out.

yot san,
the website is www.intercotire.com
from what i have seen(did'nt go to sleep after all), the difference
must have been caused by the rim - if one was 8" and the other 10", then the 8"er made the tire look much taller.
sweet dreams

Thanks for posting, and then reposting a bunch of long ass info that could have easily been looked at on Interco's site, Oh yeah that was a wasted effort as its common knowlede Interco's website BLOWS ASS and the majority of the numbers are not accurate!
Yes the Radials are taller, but I would say some of it has to do with the Bias tire missing at least half the tread (I know those pictures suck but I'm not convinced those have 60% tread) which is good for at least a 1/4"
I've seen these tires side by side too and the Radial is definitely taller, altho I never measured. I agree that Interco's specs are questionable at best.
