hey guys i did the disk brake conversion on a gm 14 bolt using front calipers from a 78 chevy,now no one seems to make an adapter for the brake line fitting, the brake lines i have are 3/16 ends and the banjo bolt is 7/16-20 i think ,correct me if im wrong. is there an adapter for this??? what is everyone else using???

I went to napa and picked up 2 30 inch spring covered lines. move the "t" to the center and run the lines down the tubes make them stop short of the wheel. I used the same year chevy nova front lines they are rubber and about 8 inches long the banjo bolts work perfect and the other end is the right size for the 3/16 line. the 3/16 lines screw into the "t". I welded a bracket with a notched hole to the tube for the hard line to stay still. worked great and cost about 20 dollars.

I have 3/16" hard lines and the same banjo bolts as you. I used '78 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 brake lines. Worked perfectly. Jeep CJ lines from '78-79 will also work.

78 half ton calipers use a 3/8" banjo bolt. Later models use the 7/16.

Earlier models used 7/16" and later models (as in newer) used 10mm (3/8")

Gotta disagree with you there. I have a spare line in my "broken trail parts" box, measured it and it's 7/16". I can take a picture if necessary.

Depends on the Caliper to be honest
