Is a GM Goodwrench SB Chevy 350 a drop in replacement with a 1960's Chevy I-6 ? i.e will it use the same bolt patern to the bellhousing ?

The bell housing is the same but everything else is different so you will need to find a V8 to get the engine brackets from
