Samuari short block!!!

I have a samurai short block that I'de like to give to somebody who could use it. I don't know the condition of the motor. It was given to me and it has been sitting under my work bench for about 4 years. I pulled the pan off today cause I'm going to use it and it all seems to look okay. I would prefer someone just comming by and picking it up, but I suppose if somebody wants it shipped I could but of course on your dime, and prolly a few more bucks for my time. im not interested in the motor but it would help if you posted a little about it, can you turn it over is it locked up, water ever been in it?

if it doesnt turn over pull anything you can off it and toss it for scrap i dont think many people at all would rebuild the 1.3... a few more dollers (maybe even less) and you can get the 1.6 with an adapter.
