EDIT 12/11/2008 just a reminder, order early
this is my busy time, OCT-FEB
running 1 week on std stuff, 2-3 on custom orders
these are old pics but show an ionstall so they stay
all my panels now have round corners & can be had in black, brushed or polished
all are anodized aluminum:)
with toggle

with buttons
http://www.12voltguy.com/tjwinchbuttons.htm
NOTE:
These fit the late TJ's, above drivers knee on dash,
not sure on year break for dash change, I installed one in a 05, I do know that 98's are different.
98's have a slight curve around steering colume on the dash panel & do ot fit exact, customer is working on that install now.
My smaller size should fit though:) I do make a very very small panel 2" tall x 2.5" wide, these will fit ASH TRAY area if you have the dash without the ASH TRAY, or you go purchase the dash piece with non ASH TRAY,
these have the LED in the toggle as there is not room in such a small panel, but it is still Engraved with IN-OUT.
I installed one in a TJ, these are 2.75"x2.75"
These fit on dash right above drivers knee
pic shown is for the 9.5ti with "CAUTION ! " engraved & LED tipped switch
panel LED is for the overheat LED
These are panel shipped $39.99
wire kit shipped is $32.99
http://www.12voltguy.com/winchinstallkit.htm
9.5ti panels are$50.99
I did not take installed pic:shaking: It goes here & I will get pic emailed to me soon

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=208534&stc=1&d=1128317152
cutout other side, as seen there is no room for error:eek:
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=208535&stc=1&d=1128317152
wiring warn XD9000i or 8274 use 3 wires, 9.5ti use 4 wires, 6000-8000-12000 requires only 2 wires, most other winches wire up same just different colors

12VGuy- Wanted to know how my panels are coming along?
I'm cutting into the alum dash this weekend...any chance you have any final measurments on the ignition/switch panel so I can get started with some power tools this weekend? Thanks again for your awesome customer service!
Oh yah, and pics yet on the blinking LED indicators?

spring to center, momentary action.
I also have button type & tons of sizes + I do a ton of custom stuff
see my website for lots of pics
I have made these with std toggles on request, but advise against it, these were comp guys, 1 does the outback challenge in Australia, 50% of the comp is winching and they need both hands free to drive while winching, crazy stuff, dual motor winches...........they can get $5,000 in a winch alone:eek::eek::eek:

buddy of mine got me one of these a while back. it saves me sooo much time not having to deal with my warn winch remote(storing, mounting, routing the wire so I don't short it out getting pinched under the hood, having to deal with the remote swinging around while I'm trying to wheel. install/remove/repeat, etc, etc).
Now, I just have someone spool me out and lock the clutch, I hop in the cab, flip the switch, and I know it's ready to go. toggle up, toggle down. Great work and great design.
One tip: I went down to Home depot and picked up some 3 wire water resistant electrical cord(cut to size). it looks really clean and works great for abrasion/heat/water/debris resistance routing from the winch to the panel.
I'll be calling you one of these days for a new custom panel don't you doubt. You do some amazing work.
Thanks
