Educate us. What is the best thickness for a trail-duty Jeep and how hard is this stuff to cut?

Even the 1/8 is plenty strong, Speedglass recommends 3/16 or 1/4 though....thicker just lays flatter. Any band saw or jig saw will cut it with ease.
