Hypertherm 600 Problems

So the plasma stopped working and the "loose" consumables light went on and wont go away...

Replaced consumables, cleaned, took gun apart etc... All looks perfect.
Light wont go away, plasma wont work.

Any ideas?

I was looking at picking up a 600. Have to keep an eye on this thread. sorry i can't contribute anything.

1....The consumables may be installed wrong installed wrong(no offence but i've seen it several times)
2....The cup safety switch is bad(the little switch at the back of the torch head)
3....The leads are broken in the torch cable(this also happens alot at the base of the torch handle).
