Anyone runnin an LT1 with the Optispark in their wheelin rig?

I see on some F-Body sites(and similar sites) that there is some problems with Opti Spark on the street and wonder if anyone is running it in their rigs?

Any problems? I hear that the opti spark is going out do to mositure finding it way into on the street and they are not cheap... I was told if I could find a way to "waterproof" it, that it might help..

This is a 94 LT1 out of an F-Body that I am looking at.

Usually the problem we have with them is yes, moisture, but usually due to a failed water pump that sits right above it, and the newer/updated ones are better sealed, but yes, seal it up and you should be aok...
