It's not vastly different than doing one on a mini. What do you want to know?
There's a little documented here, a little on 4x4 Wire. There aren't a ton of them built that way. I'm aware of 5, and one is still in-build.
Edit: no complete writeup that I know of, no.
well i'v done a a couple swap in other trucks and suv's so i know i'm in for some work.just wondering what springs they are using, how far forward
they moved the axel, some pics of the rear hangers. i guess i'm looking more for pic then anything else. thanks for the help

For mine, the axle only came out an inch or less forward of 'stock,' not far enough to talk about. The hanger is right at the end of the frame horns, YJ spring hangers on 2x2 square tube. 44044 springs. The shackle hangers had to be outboarded just a little to match the 31.5" width of the Dana perches. Kinda thin on pictures, but the inboarding was done just as a piece of 3/8 plate with a triangular gusset (more 3/8 plate) running from the top side of the shackle mount to the frame. It ain't real pretty, but it works.
when you say outboard do you mean inside the frame or outside? also 44044 those are the waggy springs right. how much lift did you get and what size tires?

Sorry, never did figure out which end was up yesterday -inboarded.

as to the rest, yep, the 2.5 waggy springs. If I go with what it took to level the rear, it's close to 5.25". Fits 36s easy and 38s aren't out of the question.

are you looking for dimentions of where to put things? if so your on your own because theres not really any out there for a normal pickup. every truck is a tad different and depends on future mods. just get an axle, rebuild it if nessary, order highsteer, springs and such then start to cut. watch for your shackle angle and tie rod to drag link clearance.
for instance i didnt move my steering box from the factory IFS location. only re drilled the axle perch to move it forward about 1.5in as well as making my front hanger about 1in forward. my drag link to tie rod clearance is about .5in. im running 38s and they fit with firewall hammering, so far.
