My 92 YJ is Manual steering, I want to change it to power steering. I have the power steering box and steering arm from a 92 powered YJ, and I know I need a pump, reservoir, hoses, and a different pitman arm.
Could someone give me som pointers or what else I need to get this going? Thanks!

I don't know about YJ's, but my CJ steering shaft didn't fit the power gearbox, so you might see about getting that too.
Oh, and get the mounting bracket for the pump-to-motor.
I have a pump, hoses and assorted brackets off a 4cyl YJ. I also have a spare pump from a 6cyl CJ. Not sure if I have pulleys (I might). Let me know if you're interested and where you live - see if we can work out a dealio...

You need the gearbox, pump, bracket, new belt and hoses, and new shaft.
Your old pitman arm should work.

to make it easy you will want the pump with the serp pulley other than that i think that the brackets should fit

Would the PS gearbox and pump off of a '86 or '88 XJ work on a YJ?
