hey i have a 90 xj and i kinda got screwed because i cant buy any performance parts for the engine my 4.0 has 200,000 miles on it but its my dd and i wheel it wen i can are ther any ways i can put a new intake on it so i can throw 91 intake parts on it??? please help

you should be able to swap it in. i'm not sure if there is any difference in sensors or location though. the HO uses 21# injectors instead of the nonHO 19#, so make sure to grab the injectors while you're at it.

One problem is the wiring plugins are different and possibly what the plug into. Im not sure exactly. I was in the same situation and just got rid of mine and picked up a newer low mileage one. But if you really want to do it I have a 127,000 mile xk 96 with the ho 4.0 and you could take the wiring and whatever you needed. the motor is already pulled and forsale. You can have it all for 350 bucks.
