I saw a tube notching program on pirate but now can't find it using the search feature. I someone could post a link that would be great

what i am having problems with is when i print it out the scale is off a bit. the program shows a pattern height of 5.11" for my tube diamater but when i print it out it measures 5.32".

now i need some help with the computer gurus. when i print out the template it is not quite 1:1. the template says it should be 5.11" and when i print it it comes out 5.32". does any one know how to fix this?
