No aftermarket gauge will work with the YJ i dont think.... I think its some goofy ohm interval... I could be wrong though i cant remember if it was the YJ or the CJ stuff that is goofy

To the best of my knowledge ...

CJ Sender Specs ...
10 ohms full
73 ohms empty

YJ Sender Specs ...
120 ohms - full
10 ohms - empty.

TJ Sender Specs ...
20 ohms - full
220 ohms - empty.
(Fuel level signal wire goes through the PCM)

I'm not sure how accurate these #'s are from Jaffer..

To the best of my knowledge ...

CJ Sender Specs ...
10 ohms full
73 ohms empty

YJ Sender Specs ...
120 ohms - full
10 ohms - empty.

TJ Sender Specs ...
20 ohms - full
220 ohms - empty.
(Fuel level signal wire goes through the PCM)

I know these are right..

0 E-90F
73E-10F
240E-33F
240-33.5 (not sure which is Empty & which is full?)
16E-158F

these numbers are from http://sw-performance.com/products/products.aspx?productcategoryid=63&ispod=0

And if your looking for design ideas.. here's mine its in a CJ-7 though... and I used the gauges from the link above..
