i need a few small odds and ends for my cruiser, and they're not easy to find around here. i check ebay when i can, but i don't usually find what i'm looking for. who do you guys use for reproduction parts? i hate buying them, but early broncos are my other thing so i'm used to the prices.

what parts do you need?

i would assume that TLC and spector (both in L.A.) should have what you're after.

thanks, i'll check into those. right now, i need weatherstripping for the '63 fj hard doors i picked up, the vent doors for the '63 windshield i've got, and a gas tank.

JJS-

Shoot me an email with the stuff you need: seth (at) pvcruisers.com. Or check out the website ( it doesn't have much on it at the moment, but I can and get any and all OEM parts still available).
www.pvcruisers.com

Other companies out there include:

www.coolcruisers.com
www.sor.com
www.man-a-fre.com
www.cruiserparts.net
Mark's Offroad url?

Good luck, hope you find what you need.

The weatherstrip for the doors I believe are still available fromt Toyota. The vent gaskets can be had at SOR and the gas tank may still be available new at Toyota.

For the best pricing go to ih8mud and look up Cdan. He can get the Toyota parts at 25% off list.

For sources in new england, I have had good luck with cruiserparts.net and cruisersolutions.com . I don't think either advertises here, but both are in NH so shipping would be cheap.

I love all these vendors pimping their stuff without paying their dues...

Really :shaking:

Guess I didn't realize my dues expired... I will take care of it...

PS, thanks for being the armchair quarterback... reminds me of why I hang out on Mud...

And as I recall, there was a definite clarification between "pimping" goods and replying to a WANTED post, correct me if I am wrong... :flipoff2:

I paid my dues:confused: I noticed my lack of a yellow star and PM's Lance yesterday. I just bought it 6 months ago... So, I'm not sure what's going with that one...

Like PV said there has been a problem with the stars. 65SWB45 had a problem earlyer this month, which was taken care of.
Seth I will give Lance a shout as well to see if we can get you back up and going. Sorry about that!

So to hyjack and along the same lines. Does anyone happen to have a set of door hinges that the pins will come out of? Also with some rubber seals. My hinges are way to rusted together to come apart. They have become one. I need to put my soft doors on.

Thanks.
