The other day I was stopped on a hill after I reved the engine up to get moving again I began to hear some tapping. Not so much in 1st gear a little in 2nd then in 3rd and 4th its really noticeable. The tapping only happens when there's throttle presure not when coasting or even gearing down just when my foot on the gas even just a little and only when its in gear. I thought at first it might be the exuast gasket or manifold that has cracked but when I stick my head out the window as im going down the road it now seems that its comming from the rearend somewhere.Any thoughts as to what the problem could be.

I'm NOT an engine guy, but it seems (by your discription) to be only under load, so I'd guess its not your exhaust. Prolly something either engine or drivetrain related.
BUT, shouldnt this be in "Newbie"? I mean really, a "warEn" rear bumper? :flipoff2:

Thanx for stating the obvious I was hoping for tech support not for spelling corrections.

If ya didnt want spelling corections, why'd ya change it? :flipoff2:
Nice was tried twice.
I thought it was OBVIOUS that this was "(Hardcore tech)". You may know how to spell "OBVIOUS" but arent very good at perceiving it.
OBVIOUSLY, you dont get it, so I"ll SPELL it out for you.

Well it turns out that a few teeth off the pinion gear had broken off.
