The way I looked at it, the back could be opened up and the front turned into a camper style, You'd have room to have a nice size camper and keep a 16ft flatbed on the back! Plus its diesel, has an 80 gallon fuel tank, perfect for taking to the trails as a camper/tow rig.

Motor: DT360 165hp

it is almost completely identical to that one,

Of course its got on board air, side tanks and pumps up to 125PSI before bleeding off, all you need to do is screw on the air chuck.

Not a bad idea, people buy and convert these often. We were in the dessert one time (Sand Mtn, Nevada) and needed a J arm welded on my son's broken J arm steering. After going RV to RV, I came upon this converted school bus and the guy had a welder plus room for alot more stuff. He did exactly what you described: made a back end garage area (left the walls and roof) and a nice camper/RV section up front. You can still pull a trailer with that rig if you ever needed to also.

I think it's a good idea!
