Just had a quick question... We have a 1976 Ford short bed. That we are going to swap a Dana 60 front. Is it posible to leave the coils up front, and run a late 80's early 90's Ford HP60 front end? We are going to build link arms for it. Because we can already see the clamp wont fit on the short side of the axle. Any help is grealy appreciated.

i've seen the radius arms fit the later D60 somehow...
i would try and sell it or trade it for a '78-79 hp60. i'm sure somebody is looking for one to swap into a ttb f-250. it would make your life easier, and you could weld on the c's for the radius arms without too much trouble.

Just build a radius arm setup like you have on your CJ. Nolan is running that exact axle in his XJ.

If a buddy of mine took one and made it fit his Dodge, I'd think you would be able to do the same.....

It is possible, I was wondering the same thing and found a thread on here last week can't remember the guys screen name. He put one in his 80's Bronco using the 70's radius arms. All he did was notch out the wedges to fit around the center section then welded them on.

Need to see a picture of this :p I searched, and searched... Cant find it. Yes, I can build a link set-up to put this under the truck. But, if I see someone that used the radius arms on it. Would save a TON of work. I have read 2 places were people say it will fit. But, have yet to see a picture.
