I currently have a '76 Cherokee and am looking for a PRE-SMOG Cherokee or Wagoneer to "convert" over too.;) Has anybody done this before:question:

Do you happen to have one taking up space? Gutted works for me.:D All I need is a clean title n stuff with straight quarter panels, roof, and good doors would be nice. The front body pieces don't have to be straight as long as the under body and core support are good. I don't need the electrical under the hood though. Post here or email me direct. Thanks :beer:

In terms of vehicle/ Cherokee apearance what's the difference from pre smog to smog? The grill? Not much. Or is it the little aluminum thing with the number thingies. Think about it.

What are you asking for? Pretty simple. Buy a frame/body/vin and swap everything over and call it good. Im missing what your stuck on. Alternately just buy a vin.. but I certainley would never suggest such a blatantly illegal act.
