I have a 351W and was wondering what year the block is. the heads are a 78 and a 75. Not sure what the block is. the casting number is W566816. Thanks

Thanks FordFascist 10-15-2005, 08:13 PM Look directly above where the starter mounts on the underside of the block. My guess is it should be something like D8TZ-xxxxxx. The first letter is the decade code and the second is the year so a "D8" would be a 78. | |
