Why are you airing your dirty laundry in a public forum? Aftermarket has been very helpfull to all of us over the years. Deal direct with them first.

I never had a problem getting fast responses through email or telephone even when I was not ordering an item and that was very clear from the request.

Did you pay for the item or did you think it would just appear in your mail box with a balance due bill?

Maybe they didn't understand your order because the grammer and spelling were so horrible?

If your going to post bad things about a company, give more details and better facts to back it up. And, like the others have said, deal directly with them first to figure out the situation. Given other horror stories about problems with shipping and figuring out errors with ordering items, 3 weeks is hardly enough time to jump on here to slam a company (should be more like 3 months).

All my dealings with Sean and Aftermarket4x4 have been very good and timely, so try calling, e-mailing, and PM'ing Sean directly and give him a chance to reply. And when this situation is resolved be sure to post on here so we know what the outcome is and aren't left wondering if you were truly ripped off (not riped off) like you claim and if so how it was corrected.

i thought he was moving also so that mite have something to do with it. its hard to bash on some one that helps out so many people. so be careful on what you say and do.

Sean is a GREAT guy, and an absolute asset to this community. I have done more business with him than every other vendor combine (motor swaps, t-cases, etc). I had a couple of minor problems, and he has gone WAY above and beyond to fix them.

Before you go spouting that you got "riped off", have you talked to him at all?

With my 1.6 kit order from Sean, I would e-mail an inquiry (shipping, misc questions, options, anything..), the next day (or sooner) I'd have an answer.

He's very busy.. Gotta wait for the good stuff..

An a+ in my book for communications, no problems in that department.

a while back i bought a fuel injection setup from him on ebay. he went out of his way to ship it overnight, because i needed it quick. i got it the day after the auction ended. there aint many people that would do that for you. im sure there has to be a misunderstanding somewhere. -marty

Sean is a great guy and does whatever he can to help out the zuk community. He actually installed the 1.6L 16V in my zuk and I just don't let anyone turn a wrench on my rig. If he ever returns my phone calls I will tell him how awesome he is:p

I just got every ting resolved yesterday it took a hole month .
he said he siped it to florida and then he took off to some event when i talked to he he acted like it was all my fault i dident do crap
he couldent even say it was sorry for the hole thing
so i posted this up for a reason
I am sure other's dont want to wait a month for a return if it is not

I have yet to either not reach Sean when I call or he within a day returns my call or email..............Hell, he was bent over backwards to resolve the Camini Anvil soap opera for me...............Shit happens and spelling, as well as sentence structure are wonderful things...........sometimes words and how they are presented say alot about a persons character.........See Ya!

seans been great to me got my parts to me in alaska just fine. and sold me the first zuk parts i bought!

DING! I'ma say I have never bought parts from Sean, only talked to him a couple times on another forum. He was always helpful and HE REPLIED TO MY E-MAIL when I had a question. Mebbe you just have a bad attitude lobtorock :rolleyes: .
