I got a word for ya...punctuation.
Caliper placement is usually determined by other factors such as shock location, parking brake cable routing, etc. So long as the bleed screw is at the top, who really cares?

MY 99 f250 4x4 has one front,one rear mounted caliper.

I've been told all the metric versions which I think is 99 and up are 10.5 not 10.25 axles.
