There's no magic weber setup.

I too am wanting/needing to jet my 32/36 weber to my engine.

I've asked Sarge on ORC for advice on jetting the weber, here's what he sugguested:

Bryan,
I need to know the whole info setup on the engine, exhaust, intake, and air
filter system. Also, the series numbers on the base of the carb as
well as the venturi sizes on each throat. These numbers are just above the
linkage stamped on the outside of each throat. Most 32/36's are 26/27mm
venturis, the primary side being the smaller of the two.
Also, if look down inside the throats at the auxilary venturis or small "pots"
that hang in the throat, each one is cast with a number such as 3.5 or 4.
That info will allow me to guage what the carb is capable of flowing with a given
jetting range. The idle jets are located on the outside of each throat just
below the top cover. Air jets are located at the top of the center float
bowl area, the emulsion tubes are located below the air jets when removed.
Main fuel jets are in the bottom of the bowl .

A jetting/setup table looks like this:
Primary:
Idle: 65
Main: 140
Air: 170
Venturi: 26
Aux. Venturi: 3.5
Emul. tube: F50

Secondary:
Idle: 50
Main: 140
Air: 160
Venturi: 27
Aux. Venturi: 3.5
Emul. Tube: F6

This is a typical 32/36DGEV 33B1, older style Spanish casting. The
Italian castings are marked as "made in Italy" very boldly and do have some
differences in their castings. They also flow differently, so that is
important as well. You have to remember these things have been
produced since the late '70s so a lot of changes have been made. There are
probably over 20 variations including the licensed versions from Holley.

Sumup, there's no magical answer, you'll have to do some work.. An easy out is to have Sarge do all the work for you. He'll ask lots of questions and modify your weber to meet your engines needs.. I do not know any $$ for his services.

ps. Sarge is the samurai weber KING! He knows his $hit! Want his e-mail?
