Where is a decent place to get the 3/4-5/8 cromo joints? I pay $45 local, can they be had cheaper?

Try Speedway Motors (http://www.speedwaymotors.com) They had the best prices when I bought my rod ends

From what i see they don't look like chromoly. They say mild steel, or hardened steel. Are they chromoly or are they just hardened steel?
