What part of this beautiful marble do you hail from? Probably have tons of part vehicles and various vendors all around you. :)

It's been a while since I put this list together so I don't know if they all still are good links.

The Scout Light Line dealers can supply much of the sheet metal. It will not be cheap because they use good quality metal. The main SLL dealer is Super Scout Specialists and is owned by John Glancy.

There is a Scouts West club that you might want to get acquainted with. There is a Western Regional in Tulare CA in April.

Some other B's are:

http://www.binderbulletin.org
http://www.justinternationals.org/
http://www.oldihc.org/

A lot of folks also have tech info on their personal web sites.

Unfortunately the Binder Bulletin has been down for a few days and Just Internationals has had some down time lately too.

I can't say I have seen anyone mention using the JCW panels. I suspect they are a lower quality than what you will find at the SLL dealers.

Once the B's get back up then you can find a lot of info in the FAQ sections. You might want to consider buying an IH service manual for your rig too. Any of the SLL dealers have them. Don't even bother with Chilton. The info is limited and sometimes too general.

It does pay to shop around as there can differences in the prices and of freight is a factor too. There is one SLL dealers too in the bay area. That being Anything Scout.

You need to stay away from the JC Whitney crap. I got a set with a Scout I bought. They are handmade by a place in Canada on a sheetmetal brake. The don't replace the entire quarter or even match up well. The panel was galvanized but had rusted from mouse wee-wee and turds. There is no lip so they would have to be butt welded or you would have to create a lip. I have a set of the replacement quarters you get from a SLL dealer and they are repops of the origionals.
