how much can a inline 6 be bored out
got a stupid but pretty cool ideah today
i want to take a fuel injected inline six, bore it out.( not sure how much one could be brought over stock bore.)
get strong internals, pistons, rods, rockers, cam,
headers intake manfold, good heads wit a valve job, intake manifold, not sure if they make a aftermarket one.
then slap a turbo off some time of diesel, bigger injectors,
another stupid question, say i got a inline bored .030, .060, .080 or .30,.60,.80 over not sure wich is the right number decimal shit, i am tired as shit so bear wit me. what does that turn into cubic inches and liters
in other words, a stock inline six 300 is 300 cubic inches and 4.9 liter, what would be the new cubic inch and liter numbers wit it bored out, is there some tipe of formula,
there is a lot of stuff still kickin around my mind, like what turbo, off what, timing, advance or retarded igntion and shit like that, i aint too sure of what the aftermarket for inline sixes are like.
on another note, does anyone make a roots blower or a supercharger for these type of engines, stupid question but just curios. thanks a lot.
