Replaced this unit with a new one last summer when the A/C took a dump. I was going to use it for the new shop but can't bear to cut a big hole in the side of my brand new building. It's a package unit with A/C and heat all in one. THe compressor crapped out on me (got too hot at the electrical connection and burned the leads going into the comp), so needless to say, the A/C is non functional.
The heater is 125K BTU, and heated a 2800 sq ft house with ease. It's natural gas but could probably be converted to propane. Unit measures 4 feet deep, 6 feet wide and about 3 feet high. It's completely self contained, blower unit and everything in one nice package.
Come and get it or I'm going to take it to the dump.
Oh, it's a Day and Night unit, which I believe is or used to be a division of Carrier.
