I can't beleive you did not hear of it. They had tons of people watching. Great turnout, rigs and spectators. 28 or 29 rigs, all with 44" or larger tires!

I realy don't know most of the guys. There was a couple trucks show up with tractor tires, they did not work worth a d@mn, but they got to participate :).

Ken did an awsome job climbing that spot. NO ONE else even tried! :D

I don't remember, I was runnin' my @ss of most of the time getting pictures of everyone. I only took pictures of the 44 guys, since that was why I was there....

Indyguy,
Sure I take a little liberty with the pictures, but you know pictures just don't do justace without a little help ;)... Anyone who took the low line there, did a lot of scraping on their sides! The dirt bank tends to help gravity out :D

I like it when people build their rigs a bit on the "Overkill" side. All of those vehicles in those pictures are VERY impressive IMO. Perfect Top Truck Challenge material right there.

thats the way the boys at wagonner build their trucks, super stout. i think that it was only for the boys 44" and over. these guys go up rocks that are as big as houses, and ledges that resemble niagra without the water, their fawking mad man. way cool stuff those guys do!!!!

I was there labor day, several WMS built rigs were there. I was "jeepless", had the in-laws drop me off while they went shopping. I had a blast just watching and taking pics (even w/o beer).

For Gods sake man warn me before posting pics like that so I can seran wrap the keyboard

That is just the ultimate...I simply love those monsters.

What I dream of doing is building a beast like that, and then taking it out west and romping all over JV, Farmington, etc.

Gates? Drive over them.....Guy holding the stopwatch...drive over him and the rig he drove up in.

Big, badass, taking no prisoners.....I love it!

Yes, that is exactly how I feel everytime I go to Disney with these guys. At home everybody's like big truck but here it looks stock.

I was waiting on the guy in the blue "jeep" w/ flames on it to go up the water fall never made it (fuel problems), as I follow in a vehicle with only 36's and make it no problem. Gotta make ya feel good!

It was a great weekend!

Here is my vote for 'best of show'.
This was an amazingly clean rig.
Beautiful metal work!

(Don't know who owns it....?)

I believe it was a black jeep not too long ago. I heard he just got it back from having the tubing put around the wheel wells and having it painted. It was a very pretty jeep...

I'm guessing you did not go up the right side? :)

You know the 'big boys' always go up on the right wall, but you won't ever see them go up on the left any more. There is a reason for that. They actually have problems going up over there (too long). That's funny, considering I know of at least three Samurai's thats made it up the left, including myself. :D

If anyone knows the name of the guy with the silver Jeep (Missouri tag) let us know. I know someone who is interested in his fender work.

Damn mark why you gotta bring me down like that! The blue jeep still did not make it up the easy side due to his fuel problem... ;)
