I have a 350 TBI in an FJ40 the computer and motor are from different donors. (should be compatable 1992 350 ECM and a 1993 Donor motor and TBI) it uses a painless wiring kit. The problem I have is that the ECM is throwing a "Throttle Posision Sensor Too Low" code. The Sensor is a stationary mount but I tried replacing it w/ and adjustable to no avail. The fuel pressure is good, spark is good and it will start and idle till warm then it has no power under load and cut's out when you dump on it. Anyone have any suggestions. TIA Tyler

Get a volt meter to set the TPS. It needs to be set for about 0.5V with the throttle closed. It should also be about 4.6V at wide open throttle (WOT).

Do you have a laptop? (so you can use WinALDL)

You may want to check with Painless. I think '93s used a different computer (I know they use different chips) than earlier models. Might be worth making a phone call.
