Looks great!
One suggestion, you might want to use a slip shaft somewhere in there..

HUH, all this time and I never really considered going OVER the motor mount. DUR!!! I was trying to go under the mounts.

Oh yeah, Jason, I know it fits but everyone I know close by with Cruisers all have V8's and I had not seen the fitament with an F (or in this case 2F) motor. I will be at pic n pull this afternoon pulling the rest of the parts I need. Once that is done, power steering here I come!!! WHOOO FREAKING HOOOOO!!!!!!!!

I run a slip shaft on mine, but you need to pin them, factory style. If the slip shaft is loose enough to move during body flex, then it's gonna make for loose steering. A rag joint at the box end should suffice. I re-drilled my slip-shaft after lengthening it to reinstall the nylon crush pin....it's in there for accidents.

Like I'm concerned....

I ran an un-pinned shaft for one weekend...shaft progressivly compressed due to nasty body movement, and ended up junking the rag joint. Right at a nasty, steep, narrow, twisty downhill too....that tree may never forgive me.....

Question. I just finished the saginaw conversion on mine. I used a safety collar about 3/4 of an inch in front of the steering shaft housing that runs trough the firewall and on the other end is a steering wheel quick disconnect also about 3/4 of an inch from the top side of the tube. Won't this suffice as a slip yoke?
