What model t-case is my 00 wrangler sport w/auto ?
What other trucks might I find one in. I have a parts grand cherokee, pre-94 exployer , and one 97 exlployer, and 75 chevy p/u, 88 dodge small p/u.
can any of these be used?

you have a np231 in your tj. not sure where you can find one else though.

You have an NP231 w/23spline input. If your 88 Dodge is a Dakota it should have the same transfer case. Get under both of them and look. There is a round plate on the back of the transcase that will tell you what it is.

You can use on off a cherokee-they have a numerical designation after the NP-231. The vacuum lines and/or speedo cable mounts are in different spots-your factory lines should stretch to fit-I have used them before.
