Considering soon a rear bumper on my disco with has a 2" BLK.
Couple questions:
1-Mounting points: I would need to drill holes in chassis and grind off the stock side brackets no?
Is it advise to cut a bit from the chassis end my 2" off to reduce overhang.

2-Recovery point: I was thiking of keepin a central recovery point(currently a NATO hitch to be changed to a 3 Ton shackle mounting bracket in addition to two shackle bracket to the sides.
A central hitch point will keep the stress on both axles equal when snatch towing.
