Fire victim, engine, tranny and t-case have been pulled, but are still available. The tub is straight, no rust, dents, etc. All wiring, etc is gone. It was a 4cyl 5 speed, registered in TX, and still has a clean title... no salvage.

This would make a great project for someone, but the owner just doesn't have the time, or the money to get it done :(

Its also got some aluminum American racing wheels, and a good set of 32" Tires (5 of them).
