No it does not have the removable bell housing. I believe it was in 98 for the vettes.

No it does not have the removable bell housing. I believe it was in 98 for the vettes. I think it's 96 up for two piece housing on everything!

96 and up are the removeable bellhouseing with pwm(pulse with modulation v on and off) lockup strategy.basically same transmission if you do a transgo shift kit.
