What exactly is the difference between the super flex control arms and the Super ride control arms in terms of use? I know the super flex has the ball bearing and the super ride has two rubber bushing ends but how does that effect flex on the trail?

Less binding and more tortional movement results in a "freer" suspension. You will get more travel range out of the flex joint. Lets you keep more tire on the ground, which translates into more traction.

Depending on the chassis, you may get more nvh, if you care. The only time I used superride was on a company ZJ.
