Does anybody know if regular shoulder harness seatbelts work for the rear seats in later model YJs? I bought a rear seat a while back and now need to put some seatbelts in and don't just want to go with the lap belt. Will something like these work?

Man, somebody's got to have done this before. I know I'm not the first person to add the rear seat after buying the Jeep.

I gave my rear belts (shoulder style) to a buddy to use in his YJ. He has the roll bar with the bent rear tubes (like the TJ) we drilled a hole in his bar in the same place as the TJ and welded a sleeve in and everything just bolted right in after that. A lot of TJ's have lost the rear seat, so you should be able to find a TJ owner who will give ya his belts.

I have some actual rear shoulder belts from a 94 wrangler that I no longer need...I will sell them to ya if you are interested...if so shoot me an email:D
