I have a 1985 custom deluxe, single cab, lwb, 4x4 for sale. has 10-bolt front, 12-bolt rear, w/ 3.73 gears. Complete inside of cab has been gutted. Still has the bench seat in it. motor and tranny, and probably the transfer case, need to be rebuilt. motor is 305. cylinder walls look great, but it needs new heads. 700r4 tranny, reverse went out. this truck was in my back yard when Hurricane Ivan came through. water went up to the windshield. I got the motor running, but then the transmission's reverse went out. my guess is that the clutch desinigrated on this gear. I'm sure the other gears are in the same boat. there was no cover on the tranny when the storm came, so the water came in and went out. i had cleaned up the truck pretty good, but then I bought a Jimmy, and I'm puttin my money into it now. truck is ready to be transformed into a bogger, or whatever. $500 gets it. I'm in pensacola.
