I just finished setting up my outboard mounts and shackle reversal. I haven't burned in the final welds yet or trussed the angle iron. After doing the SR the flat bottom of the spring is now tilted about 30*. will simply moving the spring perches on the axle fix that or will it cause some problems with steering?

You can reposition the spring perches to correct it, while you have the axle under the jeep sitting on jack stands use a bottle jack or floor jack under the pinion to rotate till you have the correct caster 6 or 7 deg.
