I am completely re-doing my floorpan and have already cut and fit all my panels, but was wondering if I use a bead roller to add some ribs before securing them how much if any at all would the metal shrink?

It really all depends on on how many ribs you put in the floor. One or two won't do much, but if you put a bunch of them in it will shrink the floor up and no longer fit.
