I'm looking at putting an 2000 or so XJ AW4 transmission into my 1997 TJ. Anybody know if i'm going to have problems with driveline length with 8" of suspension lift and the additional 1.5" from the tranny? I have a 33 enginering skidplate with 1" MORE motor mounts.

It will be about an inch or so longer so your DS will be about an inch shorter.....you might think about a super short SYE or something like that....
