Searched...
Gonna build a gas tank. I already got the metal which is 11 gauge. Going to run the filler tube out the side of the tub and have the cap in the wheelwell just rear of the tire. Haven't figured out the sender yet, probably just something GM. Vent on the top, return through the top with a tube about 3/4 way down for eventual EFI. Pickup on the bottom right in the middle coming through the floor. And the baffles- well, haven't figured those out yet. Would it be best to build a grid-type setup with 1 inch holes all over? Or bigger holes, and fewer? My dimensions are 10" x 18" x 24".
Problems? Suggestions? It is going to get a sealing treatment before it goes in. This should be smog legal right?

Anybody have a line on custom LPG tanks?!? I already have a 30 Gal. tank and it isn't gonna be enough. Looking for options here.

Stopping is half the fun, BUT sometimes the LPG isn't always available or it is priced through the roof. There are quite a few stretches of freeway I travel where there are NO fueling stations whatsoever for miles and miles. I kinda like to have a little more reserve than necessary just to be sure. :D
