More on the FJ 60 I just bought last week. I found out that the
P/O is also the original owner. The cruiser was purchased new in Colo. and lived there for most of its life. It then did a short stay in Fla. and a year in Virgina and finally came to Miss. where it lived a few months and then died in the road with a cracked head.
Road Kill in Miss. It was in a shop for a year waiting for the nod to fix it, which it never got. Sooooo! I bailed it out of the shops debt paid the owner a modest fee and now its mine. I feel like
all of this makes me a BUZZARD! Hee Hee I dont care!:D :D
I like the thing. I have since located all of the parts to fix it; and Iam looking foorward to wrenching on it. Nolen said that he would post the pics and I sent them to him tonight. The only rust that I have found is in the rt. rear wheel opening lip (see Pic)
The graphics that are on the side and front is an aftermarket acces. package the the P/O had instaleed. "Alpina" I think I did
OK! Huh?:)
