I got a PM from him stating he was sending the money. So far I have 1 excuse as to why he wasn't able to send it when he said he would in that PM. If he does it again, his info will be back up. I agreed to take it down on the condition that I get the $$ he owes me this week.

In my responce to him, I demanded a CC or MO overnighted. We'll see if it happens by this coming monday. :evil:

Sven, please provide any and all specifics on the individual you might have.
I do need more info, there are more than one person with this rather uncommon name.

Include anything at all, such as payee name, mailing addresses (P.O. boxes too), or last known city/state.

I can also reverse search most phone numbers.

If you know of others who have been ripped off by the same individual, please encourage them to post as well.

Have you filed a complaint with PayPal? I've used their "Resolution Center" and got excellent results before.

You know where he works.. Do this:
1) File a local Police report - using the "judgement" that paypal sent you and your PROOF of shipping.
2) Take that local PD report, call the Dallas PD, ask for "white collar" crimes, fax over your local police report.
3) Start faxing that report over to the local Lexus dealer - maybe even address a copy (postal mail) to the GM and owner of that dealership...
