Its not brain surgry :flipoff2: Matt Wilson 03-19-2002, 11:40 PM Well, it'll rattle and vibrate probably no matter what you do, but for mine I welded beads down the corners of the inner tube, then ground them so that it fit very snuggly into the outer tube. I used the larger tube (receiver tubing) on the tcase end and had to weld the flange/yoke into a piece of the 2"x1/4 ", then I welded that into the receiver tubing to get a tight fit. I welded the yoke to the end of the tubing and drilled a few holes and rose welded those, on both ends. I made one trip with the damn thing and then called Jess the next day. If you search this topic, you should find more than enough info on this subject.
